Client Notifications

PUT

/core/account/{clientId}/notifications

Sets smsNotification and/or emailNotification on the client. At least one must be sent.

The response shows the resulting value of every flag that was sent. Core banking only reports flags whose value
actually changed, so a flag that was already at the requested value is echoed back from the request.
