Activate Client Account

Activates a pending core banking client. The activation date is set to the current date. On activation the core banking system opens the client's savings account (when a savings product is attached) and assigns its NUBAN.

POST /core/account/activate/{clientId}

`resourceId`	integer	Client identifier.
`resourceIdentifier`	string	NUBAN generated for the new savings account (empty when no account was opened).
